The Practice provides advice in respect of all aspects of company liquidation and individual bankruptcy including allegations of preference payments, transactions at an undervalue and assets removed from an insolvent estate.

We also advise Directors of insolvent companies about their possible personal liabilities such as claims for fraudulent or wrongful trading or allegations of breach of their duties to the company.

We can help those facing bankruptcy or winding up and give them practical advice about the steps open to them and how to avoid these orders being made or equally advise those seeking to obtain such orders.

The Practice is a member of the Insolvency Services' National Civil Recovery Panel.
