Sabina Rinker

Since qualifying in 1994
Sabina has developed a specialist commercial litigation
practice addressing the needs of businesses and
entrepreneurs facing challenging and time critical
issues. Specific areas of expertise include:
shareholder and partnership disputes and preference and
wrongful trading claims, resolving disputes about
Solicitors’ costs and professional negligence. She
has successfully defended proceedings brought by BERR to
wind up companies in the public interest and/or
disqualify directors as being unfit to manage and
recovered the costs of those proceedings from the
Department.
Sabina undertakes a
significant amount of regulatory work assisting clients
in complying with the ever increasing body of
regulations that affect them. She advises where
investigations are being undertaken and defends
proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
Her practice has particular emphasis on:
● mortgage fraud
● professional
indemnity insurance
● legal issues
arising from LLPs and their members.
She is a Panel member of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
