We act for directors in relation to actions brought against them under the:

· Company Directors’ Disqualification Act 1986
· Companies Acts
· Insolvency Act 1986 for offences arising out of or in connection with personal or corporate insolvency

We also act on behalf of companies or officers who find themselves the subject of investigation by the Department of Trade and Industry.

The key to an effective defence to such proceedings or inquiry is a rapid and early response. Very often if we are brought in at a sufficiently early stage proceedings may be avoided altogether.
