Wills and Probate disputes

We have developed expertise in resolving disputes involving wills, the rights of beneficiaries under trusts and where there is intestacy.

We can help with any issues arising from wills, including gifts made before death and concerns about undue influence and fraud.

If provision has not been made in a will we can assist by using mediation to avoid going to trial thereby saving the Estate (and therefore the beneficiaries) significant sums of money.

A claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act, 1975 may be commenced up to 6 months after the date of the Grant of Probate or the grant of Letters of Administration.
